I have worked for InterContinental Hotels & Resorts for 27 years, and had the opportunity to serve in various positions around the US and in London.I recently moved to the Crowne Plaza Ravinia, at the doorstep of our IHG Americas HQ, with the goal of planning and executing a multi-million-dollar renovation. But to begin, it was vital that we make an immediate shift in service culture and guest experience.

Shortly after arrival we put out an RFP for valet parking companies, and received bids from many well-known, and well-respected providers.
